Meet Dr. Rosa Ana Espinosa
I am a bilingual licensed psychologist who specializes in brief therapy with a solution-focused approach using my client's strengths to arrive at solutions to their current problem. Oftentimes, these solutions can be practiced and implemented in a relatively short period of time. If necessary, I use additional tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy and hypnotherapy. I believe that my clients are healthy and resilient individuals who possess many gifts and talents, but who find themselves facing temporary challenges. I have success helping clients who face challenges in the areas of trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, depression, addiction, spiritual concerns, abuse, and others. I have 29 years experience counseling individuals, families and groups in both English and Spanish.

Telehealth appointments are available in the afternoon and evening. Dr. Espinosa accepts private pay clients as well as these insurances: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Evernorth. The office is centrally located in the Medical Center in the Seville Office Complex at 8217 Fredericksburg Road; San Antonio, TX 78229.
